Dandruff is the single most common problem that can occur on every body. To have a few white-flaked cells is normal for it is simply the sloughing off matured skin cells and waste material through the pores of the scalp.
THE BASICS ON DANDRUFF
It is only when this becomes excessive that it has to be considered a problem. Well-looked after, clean, healthy hair with the proper acid balance does not have dandruff.
There are two forms of dandruff-oily and dry. The dry dandruff appears as loose white flakes, and the scalp itches a great deal. The oily dandruff is sticky and yellow in color, and the scalp with oily dandruff smells bad. The oily form is found most among adolescents and adults with an excessively oily skin and scalp.
WHAT CAUSES DANDRUFF
The basic causes of dandruff are faulty diet, emotional tension and stress, hormonal disturbances, infection due to disease, injury to the scalp and unwise or excessive use of hair cosmetics and dry weather. The reason why so many adolescents have dandruff is that this is the time when they secrete an excess of androgen hormones which cause sebum, the skin oil.
HOW TO GET RID OF DANDRUFF
The motto of hair-care is keep it clean. Wash your hair and scalp frequently-it could be daily or every other day depending upon how stubborn your dandruff is. If your hair and scalp are oily, you should use herbal shampoo, since washing hair with frequent strong shampoo can harm your hair.
Massage and daily brushing is extremely helpful in treating dandruff. They invigorate the blood circulation to scalp, promote the traffic of oil effusion and dislodge the dead skin cells sticking to the scalp for easy exfoliation. If you have dry dandruff, use an oil to massage your scalp especially before washing your hair.
Lastly, eat less animal fat, and more poly-unsaturated vegetable oils. Avoid nuts, chocolate, fried food , shellfish, iodized salt. Follow a diet high in greens, chicken, fish, milk and its products and food high in Vitamins A, E, and B Complex.
HOME-MADE COSMETIC CARE
Dandruff is one problem which can be easily taken care of with some home made recipes.
Vinegar Rinse - For Dry Dandruff
To a mug of water, mix two tablespoons of malt vinegar. After shampoo, rinse the hair with it. Towel-dry your hair. This is an excellent remedy to prevent oily dandruff.
Oil massage - For Oily Dandruff
For best results, massage your scalp with 1 teaspoon hot castor oil, 1 teaspoon coconut oil and 1 teaspoon Til oil. Leave it on for about half-an-hour and then shampoo it out. Follow this routine, twice a week, especially in winter.

Why We Shouldn't Worry
Almost everyone experiences some form of worry one time or another. It is a part of life. Everyday, we struggle financially, make decisions, and face major changes in life. These things create an inevitable occasional wave of apprehension. Ordinarily, a certain amount of worry is essential for our survival. It helps us to focus on the task at hand and leads us to constructive action. However, when worry goes overboard, instead of being a good friend, reminding us to use good sense, worry suddenly morphs into a bully, making us crazy about things we can't control. Here's a list of reasons why constant worry is not good, if it is at all:
1. Worry is a Complete Waste of Time
Worry changes nothing. We don't accomplish anything or find answers to our questions by worrying. We also cannot add anything to our life by worrying. Worry can only subtract from our lives by causing such infirmities like ulcers or coronary thrombosis. Worry is just muddling away today's time to clutter up tomorrow's opportunities with yesterday's troubles.
2. Worry is Unnecessary
Worry can't erase the mistakes of the past. It can't unravel the answers to the future. It can't make anything better in the present. Hence, there is no need for worry because it is inessential.
3. Worry Contradicts Common Sense
We must learn to live one day at a time. God has given us our lives in units of twenty-four hours and we should take life a day at a time. If we wish to live a long and fruitful life, we should respect and live by the biological clock He has built inside us.
4. Worry is Illogical
Worry is illogical because it is futile, unproductive and pointless. It is faith in the negative, trust in the unpleasant, assurance of disaster and belief in defeat. We do not know what tomorrow may bring, so there is no point in worrying about it. Why look ahead and worry about things that have not yet happened. They may just never happen anyway.
5. Worry Creates the Problem
If we are focused on our fears, we are more likely to crash into them. Thinking about them is a confirmation bias of their existence making them exist even if they aren't really there.
6. Worry Distracts Our Attention
Worry distracts us from the duties of the present. It grabs our attention from the things of utmost importance. It interferes with our highest functioning and delicious enjoyment of life. Worry is an uninvited guest who spoils all our fun, making our shoulders droop and forehead crease just when we should be feeling triumphant or carefree or filled with hope.
7. Worry Doubles Our Problems
To anticipate future troubles by worrying about them today is to double them. We already have enough troubles today. Today's problems are all we are capable of handling. Worrying for tomorrow stacks up more problems than we can handle.
8. Worry Diverts our Point of Life
Life is far more important than material things. So often our worries are about relatively unimportant and trivial matters, such as food, drink, clothing, houses and cars. If we seek fulfilment in material things, we are missing the whole point of life. The point of life is the fulfillment of our purpose. Our life purpose is a combination of three things: who we are at the very core, our vision for our self and what we see possible for the world and our values. Instead of working out for our purpose, worry takes us away from the main stream of life completely diverting us from our point of life.
9. Worry is Toxic to our Health
When we worry, every system in our body is affected. Blood clotting increases, blood pressure rises, and the liver produces more cholesterol, all of which raises our risk of heart attack and stroke. Muscle tension gives rise to headaches, back pain, and other body aches. It also triggers an increase in stomach acid and either slow or speed up muscle contractions in our intestines, which can lead to stomach aches, constipation, diarrhea, gas or heartburn. Worry can also affect our respiratory system by aggravating asthma.
It is a medical fact that worriers die sooner than the non-worriers. That is because, as Dr. E. Stanley Jones says, "we are not designed to live in fear and worry." To live by worry is against our own nature. That is why worry is so destructive.
10. Worry Affects the People we Love
The Greek word for "worry" is "merimnaw" which literally means "to be drawn in different directions." In logical terms, worry tears us to pieces spiritually, psychologically, physically and even socially. When we become too focused on our worries, we forget about the things that really matters, even the people we care. It is a constant and dominating force that disrupts our lives and disconnects us from others.
We don't have to deny our worries or push them out to the limits because in reality, we can't. It is a part of us. It is our nature. Indeed, worry is good to some extent. It only takes a toll on our lives if we are so consumed in it. If we hang around it day in and day out, it can short circuit our own electrical systems and leave us malfunctioning. We should take control over our worries instead of letting them take control over us. Worries are only in our head, thus it leaves us a choice whether to allow them to propagate or just forget about them. Sometimes, the process of worrying about a problem becomes much bigger than the problem itself. So we often need to learn to deal with worries head on. We should choose to think of the present concerns and decide to do something about them instead of simply worrying on them.

The Hidden Superpowers Of Your Mind
The mind is an infinite wonder. It has the fantastic ability to transmute your desires into their physical counterparts. You can do anything that your mind can conceive, as long as you have the belief and will power to back it up.
Take the case of cancer patients who were given placebo pills. These are just plain pills that have no healing capabilities. So how did they get well?
The power came from their thoughts. They were told that these pills contain the highest amounts of cancer-fighing ingredients which can effectively cure them in a matter of days.
See how powerful your mind is?
They believed that their health will be restored. They have registered in their minds that these pills will cure them of their illnesses. In the process, the belief embedded within their subconscious came to reality.
So how can you use your mind to achieve your dreams? One of the most effective ways is to use the "as if" principle.
Act as if you are the person you want to be. Act as if you are already in possession of whatever you long to have.
So what do you want to be? You want to be a lawyer, doctor, athlete, or newscaster? Think, act, and feel like one. You'll be much closer to your goal if you're constantly intact with your objective. Be obsessed with your dream. It doesn't mean that if you want to be Superman you'll fly out the window. Not a good idea!
It's not enough that you act like one, but you have to actually ACT. Do what needs to be done. You might get so lost in your fantasy dreamworld that you've forgotten to take some action. Let your visions encourage and motivate you to actualize your purpose.
The problem with the people of the modern world is that they are too preoccupied with worries, anxieties, and negative emotions. As a result, they are adversely affecting their state of health.
White lies have become prevalent nowadays in order to ease the burdens or to persuade others to do things that they thought are unattainable.
There was once a weightlifter who couldn't lift weights in excess of 300 lbs. So his coach devised a clever idea and told him that the barbell he has to carry weighs only 300 lbs. With all his might, the weightlifter managed to put it above his head. After he puts it down, the coach told him that he has just lifted 350 lbs. of weight! It's all in the mind!
A famous person once said, "Whenever you think you can or you can't, you're right."
If you think you are poor, then you are; unless you properly condition your thoughts to the positive mindset. I know it's hard to think rich if your environment is not conducive to such way of thinking. Use your imagination then! Visualize your house to be a mansion, your old car to be a limousine,... Well you get the picture.
There is absolutely no limit with what the mind can achieve. But you have to combine belief, will power, and action with positive thinking in order to arrive at your intended destination.

What You Condemn Or Admire In Others Talks About You
The human psyche seems to have a pendant for projecting our shortcomings onto others, but also our good traits. Without the other we would not be able to know the self: they are our mirrors. If you want to know whether your hair looks great or if your new coat suits you, you take a look in the mirror, don't you? You need that mirror to be able to look at your outer appearance.
The same counts for your inner world. If you want to have a look at yourself inside, look into the mirror, which is other people : the traits you hate in them and the ones you love in them. This tells more about you than you think! In fact, you hate and love those traits which you pushed away into your shadow zone, which you decided you don't want to see (the negative traits you condamned as "bad" or "no good"), or those which you decided you don't have (the positive traits, which you call "good" and which you would like to have but you think you don't have them).
In order to see inside yourself, look at what disturbs you in others and what you admire in others. All these traits are energies you pushed away and which you need to recover. That's why this bothers or attracts you now in your life.
What we condemn or detest in others are our own qualities that we don't want to face, but that we should be working at. This is called the negative projection. What you don't like in others, or even hate, is a part of yourself.
When the indifference of another person disturbs you, it means that you should be more indifferent yourself and stop to invest yourself for 100% everywhere and with everyone! This doesn't mean you have to become as indifferent, cold and distant as the other person, but that you should reintegrate a part of this energy in your own behavior, and become a little less involved in what you do. Too much involvment can hurt you. You need to learn in this case to take more care of yourself instead of being so focused on the other one.
If you are balanced on this polarity of indifference (one extreme) and too much involvment (the other extreme), than the indifference of the other won't bother you anymore. This counts for every trait that bothers you in others! You should integrate the energy of this trait in your energy field. This means to become a little bit more like the other (in this exemple : indifferent) and become the opposite to yourself (more involved in your own well being).
When you start to integrate the behavior that disturbs you in others, you will notice that this behavior doesn't disturb you anymore. You simply don't notice it anymore. You have integrated this energy, so now you become neutral towards this topic.
When the aggressive behavior of a partner or colleagues is getting to you, then you may have to learn to say "no", defend your ground and clearly mark the borders. The fact that somebody's aggression disturbs you proves that you have hidden that energy away in your shadow side. You can reclaim that energy and develop it in other ways that support your balance in life.
This counts for every behavior in others that disturbs you. This is the fastest way to grow and to keep up with others at the same time!
On a scale of polarities, what you hate is the polarity you didn't develop inside you and you should. Life showes you this in the behavior of the significant other. In stead of hating him or his behavior, observe, ask yourself what you have to learn, learn it, integrate (you become a better person, a whole, complete person) and the screen of life will show you a more balanced person!
In the same way, the good traits you admire in others are your own qualities that you don't know you have. You think you are lacking these talents and admire them thus in others. These qualities are present within yourself but they are "under construction" and also need developing. They are, however, a mirror image of your highest abilities. This is the positive projection.
Think of a male person and a female person you admire, and who you know in real life. Make a list of the qualities and traits you admire in them. Then read this list again and say out loud in front of each quality : "I am...". Let's say you admire the elegance and the organizational skills of your best friend. This means you too have the capacity to organize your life and things and you too are beautiful, otherwise you would even not be able to see it in others! You do have the germ of these qualities inside, otherwise you wouldn't be able to notice them. This list clearly represents who you are. This is the truth about you. These qualities are INSIDE of you. They are merely waiting to be discovered, expanded and expressed.
You can do the same with people you don't know personally, like movie stars, singers, historical figures, politicians, mythical figures, fairies....List their qualities and read for yourself : "I am..." In the beginning you're maybe sceptical, you won't believe you possess yourself these qualities. But have a closer look and admit the possibility of having these qualities inside you in the form of seeds that need to be cultivated in order to blossom.
So in stead of blaming others for their behavior or dwelling with others for the qualities you admire, you can better do this inner work of recovering the energy locked into these traits. In stead of projecting these traits outside yourself on an outside screen (the other person), try to grow by developping these qualities consciously yourself and you will become a more complete integrated person with a lot more energy!
What you don't have inside yourself, you can not see in others!

Flex Your Motivational Muscles
Self motivation is like a muscle, it needs exercise to keep strong and in good shape. If you fail to exercise a muscle it will gradually atrophy until it becomes completely useless. If you allow this to happen, it takes a great deal of extra effort to restore the muscle to full power and to regain your previous fitness level. Self motivation is needed when the wear and tear of daily life slows you down and you need to give yourself an extra push to keep going. Getting into the habit of daily exercise will ensure your motivational muscles won't let you down when you need them.
Whether you are aiming to improve your work productivity, trying to break a bad habit, or if you want to make a big change in the direction of your life, you can benefit from performing self motivation exercises. Motivation is the force that drives you to achieve your dreams, realise your plans, and reach your goals. There will be times when the ordinary pressures of life wear you down. Stress, anxiety, and fatigue can sap your energy and rob you of your joy and passion for life. A self motivation exercise or two will help to reverse the effects of those negative forces, and give you the power to reshape your future.
A simple but effective self motivation exercise that you can perform anywhere and at any time is creative visualization. To implement this technique you literally picture yourself achieving your dreams, carrying through your plans and reaching your goals. A good time to carry out the visualization exercise is when you are falling asleep at night. Alternatively you can set aside some time when you won't be interrupted to perform the visualization in a relaxed atmosphere. You should concentrate on your mental picture of you reaching your goal. Once you have the picture clear in your mind, imagine the feelings that accompany your achievement. Feel the elation, happiness and fulfilment you are feeling at that moment in your visualization. Practice this visualization every day and over time you will find that just conjuring up the picture will bring with it the positive feelings associated with reaching your goal.
To enhance the effect of these positive thoughts, you can add a further exercise: positive speaking. This exercise, however, is best done in a place where you won't be overheard, otherwise your exercise might be mistaken for eccentricity. Once you have your vision in place, say positive and encouraging words that promote and affirm the picture you are imagining. If you are overcome with self-doubt, then speak aloud the opposite of your negative emotions. Speaking the opposite of the negative words associated with your feelings will empower you and restore your self-belief.
If you allow your mind to dwell on negative thoughts, your attitude will become negative but the damaging effects of negative thoughts and feelings can be eradicated by positive thinking. By repeating the exercises daily, you will achieve a positive mental attitude. As Aristotle said: "We are what we repeatedly do". These exercises, although simple, can have astonishing benefits and by using them you can change your life.

Are You Destined for Wealth?
We believe the answer to that question is a resounding, "Yes". You may not realize it but God's plan for our lives is success, prosperity and yes, even wealth. Many people aren't aware of this and unfortunately they struggle financially and often suffer lack. But the truth is, God has promised prosperity to those who seek His kingdom, which just means those who seek God's way of doing things. In other words, those who seek God's Success Formula. The Bible states that God has given us the power to get wealth... that He teaches us to profit... that He's commanded the Blessing upon us, and that the Blessing has the power to make us rich without sorrow.
If all of this is true, then why isn't everyone rich and prosperous? Well, first of all, you can't actually take possession of what you don't even know you have. Lets suppose Nelson Rockefeller left you 10 million dollars in his will but you didn't know about it. Even though you're actually a millionaire, you would still be confined to only living the lifestyle that you can afford based on your paycheck.
Now if you already earn a million dollars per year you probably have enough to support your family well and even help others in need. But if your annual income is less than $50,000 and you live in the United States, you're probably feeling a bit of a pinch just trying to meet your own family's needs, much less help meet the needs of anyone else. In either scenario, you are not tapping into the vast reservoir of resources that you have inherited. You simply don't know what's been promised to you, so you never take the proper steps to obtain your inheritance.
The second reason not everyone is experiencing the financial wealth God has promised is, they just don't believe it's true. The Bible calls it "lack of faith" and also provides us with two important clues to why so many people never actually get the wealth God has promised. In one place in the Bible it says "All things are possible to him that believes". But just think about it, if someone tells you that a rich person you don't even know, out of the goodness of his or her heart, has left you millions of dollars... do you think you are going to just "believe it"... just like that? Or is your response more likely to be "Yeah, right..."
It's going to take some serious effort to really believe a statement like that, isn't it? You're going to need real proof, aren't you? You'll need to see some official documentation before you can buy into something so far fetched. And you'll want to thoroughly examine that bequeath until you fully understand every clause and condition.
My guess is, you'd probably review that document again and again until you're satisfied that it's authentic. And only then would you begin to think to yourself 'Maybe I really have inherited some wealth.' Only then are you beginning to believe. You see, believing is the first step to gaining access to the wealth that God has promised.
Just imagine how many people would simply dismiss this entire notion... that would never even investigate or go through the process I've described above... and as a result, they'd never arrive at the starting point... the point of believing. You see, believing, is the very first ingredient in God's Success Formula.
In our next article we'll discuss how to go from that starting point-- believing God has promised you wealth-- to actually experiencing tangible increase.

Automatic Stress Relief
Wouldn't it be great if there was a stress relief vitamin that we could take every morning - something that would make the day easier to handle? It's so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and start to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, burned-out, and fed up.
Stress is caused by a lot of things. Exercise, eating right, enough sleep, even vitamins are a part of coping with our modern fast-paced life. But sometimes it's more than that, it's the way your life is functioning.
By changing a few things, you can create automatic stress relief. If you do just one of these things, it will make a big difference in your daily stress levels.
Think Like A Teenager
Stress often shows up in thoughts long before your neck and back hurt or you lay on the horn out of frustration of the slow turner at the traffic light. So creating thoughts that make you feel less stress is step one. Positive Psychology research has shown that just the anticipation of something good to come -- whether it's a big deal or just a shopping trip with a friend -- is enough to trigger the happiness hormone in your brain. By "think like a teenager", what I'm suggesting here is to remember how as a young adult you were able to think and look ahead to the next big date, next new outfit, next time with friends. It's vital to have something in your schedule that you are looking forward to. And that's automatic stress relief.
Get Into The Present
A huge cause of stress in your life is the unfinished things that come back to haunt you -- from having to iron because you left your slacks in the dryer, to rushing to finish something for the boss. It's not all the things you have to get done, but instead what's left undone or unsaid or unfinished in your life. Decide what needs to be done, and either delegate it, do it, or decide to dump it. But in order to stay in the present and not slide back into the unfinished past, also begin to work towards completing things every day - a load of laundry, a project for the boss, deciding on a contractor - whatever! Visible results create automatic stress relief.
Bring Back Integrity
Stress starts when you first open your eyes in the morning if you are living with something you know is an error in judgment. Did you get locked into a mortgage that's too high and it straps your budget each month? Do you have relationship problems that need counseling? Are you trying to do it all and are simply overloaded with responsibility and not asking for help? Do you have a goal that just no longer excites you, but you're afraid to admit it to other people? Be honest. Be authentic. Be willing to be honest with yourself and with other people it affects. Admit the mistake, make restitution if necessary, forgive yourself, and move to the freer side of life. No more stress!
Relief is within your reach every single day! By practicing just one of these things, you'll feel more optimistic and self confident about coping with the daily stressors that are likely to show up.

Positive Attitude: What happens at Party?
I am going to ask you to something very weird right now. First of all, I want you to listen to your thoughts. Now tell me, what thoughts fill your head? Would you label them as positive, or negative?
Now let's say you are walking down the street with these thoughts. Do you think anyone who would meet you would be able to tell you what's on your mind?
The answer to number one is up to you. But, the answer number two can be pretty generic. Although people will not be able to tell you exactly what you think, they will more or less have an idea of how you are feeling.
Here's another question. When you enter a party filled with friends, do they all fall silent as if something terrible had happened? Or does everybody there perk up as if waiting for something exciting to happen?
You know what? The answer to all these depends on your frame of mind.
Thoughts are very powerful. They affect your general attitude. The attitude you carry reflects on your appearance, too - unless, of course, you are a great actor.
And it doesn't end there. Your attitude can also affect people around you.
The type of attitude you carry depends on you. It can be either positive or negative.
Positive thoughts have a filling effect. They are admittedly invigorating. Plus, the people around the person carrying positive thoughts are usually energized by this type of attitude.
Negative thoughts on the other hand have a sapping effect on other people. Aside from making you look gloomy and sad, negative thoughts can turn a festive gathering into a funeral wake.
A positive attitude attracts people, while a negative attitude repels them. People tend to shy away from those who carry a negative attitude.
We can also define attitude as the way of looking at the world. If you choose to focus on the negative things in the world, more or less you have a negative attitude brewing up. However, if you choose to focus on the positive things, you are more likely carry a positive attitude.

Learn Some Important Basics Of Body Language
Body language is the meaning behind the words or the "unspoken" language. Surprisingly, studies show that only up to an estimated 10 percent of our communication is verbal. The majority of the rest of communication is unspoken. This unspoken language isn't rocket science. However, there are some generalizations or basic interpretations that can be applied to help with the understanding or translating of these unspoken meanings. Here are some basics below.
Smile: People like warm smiles. Think of a heartfelt warm-fussy, maybe your favorite pet, and smile.
Eyes: If you don't look someone in the eyes while speaking, this can be interpreted as dishonesty or hiding something. Likewise, shifting eye movement or rapid changing of focus/direction can translate similarly. If more than one person is present in a group, look each person in the eye as you speak, slowly turning to face the next person and acknowledge him or her with eye contact as well. Continue on so that each person has felt your warm, trusting glance. Some suggest beginning with one person and moving clockwise around the group so that no one is missed, and so that you are not darting around, seemingly glaring at people.
Attention Span / Attitude: Other people can tell what type attitude you have by your attention span. If you quickly lose focus of the other person and what is being said, and if your attention span wanders, this shows through and makes you seem disinterested, bored, possibly even uncaring.
Attention Direction: If you sit or stand so that you are blocking another in the party, say someone is behind you, this can be interpreted as rude or thoughtless. So be sure to turn so that everyone is included in the conversation or angle of view, or turn gently, at ease and slowly, while talking, so that everyone is incorporated, recognized and involved in the conversation. Again some suggest the clockwise movement when working a group.
Arms Folded / Legs Crossed: This can be seen as defensive or an end to the conversation. So have arms hang freely or hold a glass of water, a business card or note taking instruments while communicating with others. Be open with open arms. Note: If you need to cross legs, cross at your ankles and not your knees. Sitting tightly folded up says that you are closed to communications.
Head Shaking: This is fairly accurate. If people are shaking their heads while you speak, they are in agreement. If they are shaking, "no," disagreement reigns in their minds.
Space / Distance: On the whole, people like their own personal body space. Give people room and keep out of their space. Entering to close can be intrusive and viewed as aggressive.
Leaning: Sitting or standing, leaning is viewed as interest. In other words, an interested listener leans toward the speaker.
Note others body language: While you are with others, note how their bodies read. If a person suddenly folds his arms across his chest and begins shaking his head "no," you've probably lost him. Might try taking a step back and picking up where the conversation began this turn for the negative and regroup. It's all about strategic planning!

Your subconscious mind
Your subconscious mind is always saying "yes!"
This "yes" is a very powerful thing. While your conscious mind can only process about 7 bits of information per second, your subconscious mind can process 7 billion bits of information per second. While your conscious mind can barely remember what happened an hour ago, your subconscious mind can remember everything with total recall.
What is your subconscious mind saying "yes" to?
Do you say things like this to yourself: "I don't earn enough. I can't afford it. Why do they charge so much? I'd really like to get it but I can't afford it right now. That's all the company pays." If you're thinking these thoughts, your subconscious mind is saying "yes" to it and you're getting more of what you don't want.
Do you say things like this to yourself: "I feel really tired right now. My back and shoulders are killing me. What wouldn't I do for just a little more energy. I could accomplish so much more if I didn't feel this bad all the time." Again, your subconscious mind is saying "yes" to it.
Do you say things like this to yourself: "I feel so lonely. Nobody really loves me. They're all just pretending to be my friends because they want something from me.
He/she just doesn't love me the way they used to. People are really mean to me. It always amazes me how rude/crude/ungrateful/selfish/stupid other people can be. I could accomplish so much more if they just gave me a chance." Again, your subconscious mind is saying "yes" to it.
You can turn this around by thinking completely different thoughts. "I can afford this right now because what I will learn from it will bring my money back quickly. I am really at the right place here to earn more. I'm going to make this investment right now."
Similarly, you can be thinking, "The more I exercise and eat right the better I feel. When I feel tired, it's fine for me to rest and get my energy back."
And you can be thinking, "It's great to be me. It's funny how people go out of their way to make me happy."
Since your subconscious mind is saying "yes" to these things, too, you will soon find yourself attracting more money, more health, and more positive relationships.
Your subconscious mind is a vast reservoir of pure intelligence. It powerfully supports you in whatever you think or dream.
Your subconscious mind hooks up to the super-conscious mind to bring you serendipidity and synchronicity. You start getting into the right moods, start working more productively, start sharing more of yourself with others. You start feeling better and acting more intelligently. You start to get intuitions and wonderful coincidences fall into your lap.
I'd like to give you an example of how amazing all this stuff is from my own experience. The other day I came across a website where I wanted to get the product. I thought, "I'd like to get this." It was an expensive product but I was fine with it because I knew I could afford it. Then I got a telephone call and got busy and actually forgot about this website.
However, my subconscious mind had said "yes" to it.
Then yesterday I got an email from someone I did not know. They said that they had been to my website and really liked my products and what I was doing online. They sent me a link to their product, asking me what I thought about it. Imagine my surprise when I downloaded the product to find that it was the exact product I was intending to buy the other day!
Stuff like this happens to me all the time. Why? It's because I know that my subconscious mind is saying "yes" to whatever I ask and I have trained myself to ask for what I want and to completely ignore what I don't want. I could tell you many other stories where things just show up for me with no effort on my part, but I think you get the point.
That's my secret, and now you know it too and can apply it.

Discover Fire Again
Today is going to cost you one day of your life. It is an opportunity to invent yourself. Consider this day as special. You can waste it by doing the same old things in the same old ways. Or you can use it to turn your life around for the better. Tomorrow is a whole other adventure. Focus on today, because it will soon be gone forever. Try to leave something behind today, something good.
Notice the earth today. Walk on it barefoot. Notice the wind as it plays with your hair. Notice the people and the animals. Feel the sun on your bare skin.
Help someone who may ask you. Stand up for the fool. Give yourself away, and make your day a poem of love and generosity.
If you happen to be alive today, recognize one thing. Your mission is not complete.
This is an important day. Actually, there is no such thing as an unimportant one.
You do not have to travel to wonder at the height of a mountain, you do not have to stand before the ocean and admire the huge waves, you do not have to marvel at the course of a long river, and you do not have to look up at the marvels of humankind or nature to get the most out of this day, you have only to look at yourself in the mirror and recognize that you are the true beauty and miracle of life.
Will you be a brilliant blaze, rather than a mere spark? Will you go through this day like a superb meteor, every atom of your being in a magnificent glow? Will you be alive, or merely exist? Will you waste this day or use your time?
Live purely. Spend a moment of quiet and contemplate the beauty around you. Do your work with mastery. Come out from behind the clouds and shine upon the world.
Do not let this day express an unlived life. Do not be afraid of falling, but choose to inhabit this precious day with courage. Allow the living of it to open you, to make you less afraid, to make you more accessible, to loosen the hard feelings. Think of yourself as a wing, a torch, a promise. Risk your significance, live, blossom, go forth and win.
Let the world rejoice at your presence. Find those who have failed to flourish and whisper in their ear, "grow, grow."
Perhaps on this day, for the second time in the history of the world, you shall discover fire.
As Mahatma Ghandi once said, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world."

Creating Wealth in the Mind Body and Spirit
Creating wealth in the mind, body, and spirit takes more than a get rich quick guide and a few video seminars. It takes the focus to size up what is really important to you, and that is not always money. But most people do not always recognize that, and it puts them on a treadmill to failure. The more they strive for wealth in the mind, body, and spirit, as balanced whole, the more all three benefits and goals contribute to the achievement of the other.
Wealth in the mind might be a more difficult concept for younger people to understand. Creating wealth in the mind, body, and spirit has positive effects younger people may not appreciate yet. Wealth in the mind comes from peace of mind, security in the path you are taking, commitment to issues and projects that mean more than dollar signs.
Wealth in the body becomes more and more difficult to hold onto these days. To maintain wealth in the mind, body, and spirit an individual must earn a positive balance between enjoyment of life and behaviors and ingestion of substances or chemicals that can harm long-term knowledge or health. And bad health isn’t cheap, either.
It should be evident to anyone that to maintain and grow wealth in the mind, body, and spirit one must observe some conservative principles of living. Unsound practices can deplete efforts to grow wealth in the mind, body, and spirit. It might be a good idea to apply this test to any deed, habit or fixed dynamic of everyday life and determine whether or not it might grow wealth in the mind, body, and spirit. If it doesn’t, is it really worth doing?
If wealth in the mind, body, and spirit is your goal, why would you do anything to undermine attaining and retaining these aspects of livings? To grow wealth in the mind, body, and spirit one must know oneself and observe how the world works. All hard work is not good, all stringent diet does not produce 100% sound benefits, and foul deeds or harmful incidents may affect your spirit.
To then grow wealth in the mind, body, and spirit, an examined mind must order an existence that routinely introduces factors of a person or life that has balance, peace, truth. Truth must be a main contributor of wealth in the mind, body, and spirit. Efforts must be made to constantly stimulate balance and avoid extremes. A strong body and a peaceful mind make for a strong spirit. That is the true nature of wealth in the mind, body, and spirit.

How to Increase the Flow of Money Into Your Life ?
How to Increase the Flow of Money Into Your Life
1. Be conscious of the Law of Attraction: The Law of Attraction is defined like this - "That which is like unto itself is drawn." So what you are radiating and vibrating in your life with your thoughts, words, emotion and beliefs you will attract to you. Again, focus on abundance, get abundance. Focus on lack of money - and you will create more of a lack of money. Also remember that first you ask with your desire, you receive, and then you allow "it" to come into your life.
2. Say YES to money: Have you made a decision to have money in your life? Have you said YES to money? Remember that when you say yes to money, you include that in your vibration, and you will attract money. If you are saying NO to money - with your feelings, thoughts or beliefs, you will also include that in your vibration. Decide to say YES to money. Line up what you want with what you feel. Don't settle for what life throws your way - create your life just as you want it to be.
3. Consciously vibrate positive feelings about your money: As you think about your money, focus on what you have, vs. what you don't have. Allow what you "don't have" only to serve as a light in helping you to see what you do in fact want to create. Think positive thoughts about the money that you do have, see it growing, see it flowing in and out of your bank account with ease. See that you have enough, and that we all have enough. Come from a place that lack will only be our experience if we believe and project lack. See money as a wonderful source of energy that is a God given form of exchange. Get excited about creating money and feel good about it. Nothing is more important than that YOU FEEL GOOD when you are creating your life.
4. Be aware of where negative beliefs about money sneak up on you: Negative beliefs have a tendency to sneak up on you. Pay attention to your emotions - they will guide you. If you are not feeling good, check out your thoughts behind it. You may find a negative belief. If you find yourself feeling angry that someone makes more money than you, examine what your belief is. If you find yourself feeling sorry for another is not as prosperous as you, and you feel bad, examine that as well. Begin to unhook from negative beliefs through awareness, reframing, or shifting focus - which will allow you to flow your energy positively. Looks for as many positive aspects of a situation that you can possibly find. Write them down.
5. Make sure that what you want, and what you are vibrating, are the same: This of course ties in with your beliefs. People tend to have mixed attitudes that stem from greater belief systems, when it comes to creating money. You might say, "I want to create an extra £500 to pay for that seminar I want to take...” But then you might find yourself saying, "There is no way I am going to get that extra £500.... or, I can't afford it....or, it's too much....or, I have no idea how to get it....or, it's probably not worth it anyway....or, or, or. Those beliefs or attitudes are in no way a match to what you actually desire - which is to go to that seminar. Can you feel the difference in the vibration even as you read the words? You make sure that what you desire, and what you are vibrating (about that desire) be in alignment.
6. Clean up your money clutter: When you clean up any space in your life, including you money space - you create space for more of what you want to come in. If you are wanting to create more money in your life, it is important to create space for that money! Pay your bills, pay those you owe, ask for payment for those who owe you, straighten your files, create a plan for your money, or handle your emotional issues around money. Remember that you will, as an end result feel clear. When you feel clear, you feel good (it's like cleaning the house). And when you FEEL GOOD, and are coming from a good place about your money, you will be vibrating a pure vibration, which aligns you with what you, want -- more money!
7. Love and appreciate your money: You may have had the experience, as you sit down to pay your bills - that you HATE to pay your bills. You see your bank account drain once again, and the fury builds from within. It's important to note that what you love and appreciate you will attract more of, and what you depreciate you will repel. If you want more money, match your vibration to what you want, and the best way to feel good about something is to appreciate it, and allow your self to love it. Society tells us that it is not ok to love your money -- in fact it's not right even to talk about it. Break the chain of societal beliefs about money.
8. Love and appreciate yourself: It was said before, nothing is more important than feeling good. When you feel good, and happy, and passionate, and peaceful, and aligned with you true self, the process of manifestation can begin! Part of self-appreciation is honouring yourself enough to look within for the "answers". It is tuning into your inner self and your intuition. It is paying attention to your emotions. If you feel negative, then you are not in alignment. If you feel good, then your are in alignment with your true self and your desires. Self appreciation also comes from choosing your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings - and acknowledging your power as the creator of your life!

11 Success Tips to Home Based Internet Business
Let's face it everyone wants to succeed with their home based internet business ? But what does it takes to really succeed in cyberspace ?
1. Your first ultimate start must include written goals and plans. Formulate a plan of weekly activity and be persistent in following it—if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Sticking to your plan is essential for success.
2.Don't wait for everything to be exactly right to start...THERE WILL NEVER BE A "PERFECT" TIME! Start now, with whatever you have. The things you need will come to you as you work toward your goal. You cannot become successful in anything when you're trying to do too many things at once.
3. Treat your business as a serious, full-time business, and it will become one. Think of your first six months primarily as a training period. Don't expect large earnings until after you've educated yourself.
4. Be patient. You'll work the hardest your first six months or so and get compensated the least. Big incomes never happen overnight. They only come after you've properly shown your affiliates how to duplicate your efforts. Always be ENTHUSIASTIC!! Don't give yourself unrealistic expectations.
5. Don't complain to your upline leaders. Realize that what you accomplish is mainly in your hands, no one else's. Also realize that, when you see a problem, 95% of the time there are factors you are unaware of. Don't jump to conclusions. When you have a problem, present it in a concise letter as positive, constructive criticism. Offer solutions if possible, too. Not only will this approach get you better results, but you'll be building your relationship with your upline instead of tearing it down.
6. Be organized, but don't allow the act of organizing keep you from the most important element of a successful business: MARKETING. Market and promote your business EVERY DAY! Don't let little problems upset you. Concentrate on the many positives...and the "big picture."
7. Always remember that the only thing that will never change is that there will always be changes. Don't let changes upset you. Know that you will have to deal with changes and other obstacles, both big and small, continually. Be prepared to be flexible.
8. Don't be a negative thinker and don't let the negative attitudes of others (even if they're family members, friends, or peers) influence you. All the great men and women in history had to overcome the naysayers who said it couldn't be done—and then went out and did it. Think for yourself!
9. Don't be derailed by "perfection paralysis." Realize that you won't be able to do everything perfectly. Do the best job you can, then move on to the next project. Keep learning and keep moving ahead.
10. Read books (such as Napoleon Hill's classic, "Think And Grow Rich") that will convince you how powerful your mind really is. Develop the tremendous potential in you (that we all have) that has never been tapped!

10 Principles of Success
10 Principles of Success
How do we define success? Webster’s dictionary defines success as “ the attainment of wealth, favor , or eminence.” I think we would agree that Webster’s definition is quite accurate in terms of how we look at people that we perceive to be “successful”.
I would like to expand on this thinking with the following 10 Principles of Success
1) Have a Dream- Create a vision for your future, no matter how big or outrageous your dream is.
2) Develop your Action Plan- Goal setting: Organize your thoughts and feelings on paper, when you do that they become more real. Tape these goals to bathroom mirror, or the refrigerator, somewhere you will see them on a daily basis.
3) Control your Focus- In this day and age of “multi-tasking” you may find this principle hard to follow. However, you must remain focused on your goals if you hope to attain success. Don‘t let yourself get distracted.
4) Seek Guidance- Finding a mentor is of the utmost importance! Find someone you respect and would like to learn from.
5) Practice Self-Discipline- There will be times when you will be tested, you need to stay on target, and re-focus on your goals.
6) Be Aggressive- I don’t know of any successful people that sat around and waited for things to just happen! You need to make things happen, take the initiative and Go For it.
7) Believe in Yourself- If you don’t who else will? Be confident in your abilities to turn things around when things don’t look so good. Your attitude is a little thing that can make a big difference.
8) Be a Pioneer- You will undoubtedly run into people who will tell you “it can’t be done” ignore them, if you have an idea that has not been tried before work to make it a reality. Every great achievement was once considered impossible.
9) Learn to Budget- Put your time, energy and money behind your plan, but do not forget to budget time for you family! They are the reason for your success.
10) Love what you Do- No matter what, you must love what you do in order to live a rich, healthy and successful life.

10 Steps to your business success.
10 Steps to your business success.
After you have definitely made up your mind that you really want to do a business of your own, the next important step is to choose a one that is right for you - a business that you like and enjoy doing.
Your success will depend on the choice you make. Therefore it is very important to give this matter very serious thought.
Here are 10 steps that will point you in the right direction and lead you to success.
First - Make a list of business ideas. The list should include your 1)Special training, 2)Hobbies, 3)Strengths, 4)Field of expertise, 5) Special skills, 6) Special interests, 7)Personal experiences, 8)Education and anything else that you can think of.
Do not be critical at this point. Just make the list no matter how crazy it may seem to you. Do not judge it or analyze it at this point. Concentrate. Spend 10 to 15 minutes on this project.
Second. Evaluate your ideas. Read the list very carefully several times. Now select FIVE of the best ideas from your list. Take your time doing this. Write down those five ideas in a separate sheet of paper. Keep those five ideas and mull them over in your mind.
Third. Take a rest. Leave the list alone for a day or two. Give your mind a chance to work. Your ultimate aim is to select the best one out of the five.
The reason for leaving the list alone for a day or two is to give your subconscious mind a chance to work on it. It will be working, behind the scene,in the background without your conscious awareness.
When you return to the list in a day or two, you should have a clear idea of what the best one of the 5 is. You will find that your decision making will be easier. If you are still unsure, give it more time.
Fourth. By now, you should be able to pick a topic or subject that you like the most - one you are passionate about. Now make that decision and pick out the best one out of the five.
Fifth. It's research time. Find out everything about your chosen field. Research at the library, the Internet, Newspapers and magazines. Talk to people in the field. Go all out and find as much information as you can.
A word of caution about research. Do not get side tracked or overly involved in research that you loose sight of your main objective.
The purpose of research is to gather information for your business venture. Do not fall into the 'Research-Research- Research' trap and fall prey to the 'Research-Junkie' syndrome. Research until you have enough information to start. You will learn more as you go along.
Sixth. Study your competition. Find out who is successful in your field. Find out what the successful people are doing to achieve their goals.
Seventh. Find a 'niche' in your field of interest. For instance, if your choice is Music, do you want to run a store selling cd's and records? Sell musical instrument? Teach music? Join a band and perform on stage? Go into the music CD production business? etc. etc.
You will be more successful if you concentrate your efforts on a particular 'niche' in your field of interest.
Eighth. Develop a plan of action. What tools will you need? What path should you follow? How much money is it going to cost you? Is it going to be a full time or a part time business? How much time are you willing to devote to your business?
Nineth. Set realistic goals. You cannot expect to make $100,000.00 your first month. Do not believe those who say you can. Setting up and running a successful business takes time and work. Ask any successful business person and he will tell you.
Where will you be in one month, 6 months, one year? Plan. There is a quotation that goes, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." Therefore, plan and set realistic goals.
Tenth. This is the most important step. All your research, preparation, game plan and everything else will be of no use if you do not take this all important step. And that all important step is ACTION.
Start, Do! Not next month, or next week or next day. Start now. Take the first step today even if it is a small one. Make a daily schedule of what you must do and stick to it. Keep on taking progressive steps everyday. Remember,
"Yard by yard it is hard. Inch by inch it's a cinch."
With proper knowledge, information and planning, you will work 'smart.' Most of the successful business people have taken this route.
Follow these 10 steps and your success is assured.

10 Secrets of Successful Entrepreneurs
Running a one-person business is a creative, flexible and challenging way to become your own boss and chart your own future. It is about creating a life, as it is about making a living. It takes courage, determination and foresight to decide to become an entrepreneur. From the relatively safe cocoon of the corporate world, where paychecks arrive regularly, you will be venturing into the unchartered territories of business.
Is there a way to determine whether you can be a successful entrepreneur, or you are better off to work for somebody else? Alas, there is no formula for success. However, most successful entrepreneurs share these ten characteristics. Check if you possess any one of them:
1. Think success. To attain the kind of success that you want, you need to dream big. Every success story starts with big dreams. You need to have big dreams for yourself - which you want to be somebody rich, famous or fulfilled. You need to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve. But it doesn't stop in dreaming alone. You should actively visualize success in your mind that you can almost feel it, touch it or it is within your reach. Play this image back at every opportunity. What does it feel to triple your current income? How will your life change? What will your business look like if you achieved the million-dollar mark?
Successful entrepreneurs possess an attitude of openness and faith that you can have what you want if you can simply envision it as the first step on the path of action to acquiring it. Management gurus have taught us the power of visualization - seeing yourself in your mind as having accomplished your dreams. If you want to be a successful writer, envision yourself signing books for a throng of people who have lined up to have your autograph. If you want to be rich, picture yourself in luxurious surroundings holding a fat bank account. And the process of envisioning success for you should be a constant activity! You need to think that you are successful (or will be one) every single waking hour. A personal development coach shared me her secret to help her continuously visualize her goals for the moment: when climbing stairs, recite your goal with every step you take. So if you want more money, say "I will have money" in every step of the stairs. This technique will reinforce your goal and keep it fresh in your consciousness.
2. Be passionate with what you do. You start a business to change any or all part of your life. To attain this change, you need to develop or uncover an intense, personal passion to change the way things are and to live life to the fullest. Success comes easily if you love what you do. Why? Because we are more relentless in our pursuit of goals about things that we love. If you hate your job right now, do you think you will ever be successful at it? Not in a million years! You may plod along, even become competent at the tasks, but you will never be a great success at it. You will achieve peak performance and do what you have to do to succeed only if you are doing something that interests you or something that you care about. Entrepreneurs who succeed do not mind the fact that they are putting in 15 or 18 hours a day to their business because they absolutely love what they do. Success in business is all about patience and hard work, which can only be attained if you are passionate and crazy with your tasks and activities.
3. Focus on your strengths. Let's face it; you cannot be everything to everybody. Each of us has our own strengths and weaknesses. To be effective, you need to identify your strengths and concentrate on it. You will become more successful if you are able to channel your efforts to areas that you do best. In business, for example, if you know you have good marketing instincts, then harness this strength and make full use of it. Seek help or assistance in areas that you may be poor at, such as accounting or bookkeeping. To transform your weakness to strength, consider taking hands-on learning or formal training.
4. Never consider the possibility of failure. Ayn Rand, in her novel The Fountainhead, wrote, "It is not in the nature of man - nor of any living entity, to start out by giving up." As an entrepreneur, you need to fully believe in your goals, and that you can do it. Think that what you are doing will contribute to the betterment of your environment and your personal self. You should have a strong faith in your idea, your capabilities and yourself. You must believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have the ability to recognize and fulfill them. The more you can develop faith in your ability to achieve your goals, the more rapidly you can attain it. However, your confidence should be balanced with calculated risks that you need to take to achieve greater rewards. Successful entrepreneurs are those who analyze and minimize risk in the pursuit of profit. As they always say, "no guts, no glory."
5. Plan accordingly. You have a vision, and you have enough faith in yourself to believe that you can achieve your vision. But do you know how to get to your vision? To achieve your vision, you need to have concrete goals that will provide the stepping-stone towards your ultimate vision. Put your goals in writing; not doing so just makes them as intangible fantasies. You need to plan each day in such a way that your every action contributes to the attainment of your vision. Do you foresee yourself as the next Martha Stewart of hand-made home furnishings? Perhaps today, you need to see an artist to help you conceptualize the new line of hand-made linens that you hope to launch. Intense goal orientation is the characteristic of every successful entrepreneur. They have a vision, and they know how to get there. Your ability to set goals and make plans for your accomplishment is the skill required to succeed. Plan, plan and plan - because without which failure is guaranteed.
6. Work hard! Every successful entrepreneur works hard, hard and hard. No one achieves success just by sitting and staring at the wall every single day. Brian Tracy puts it out this way, "You work eight hours per day for survival; everything over eight hours per day is for success." Ask any successful businessperson and they will tell you immediately that they had to work more than 60 hours per week at the start of their businesses. Be prepared to say goodbye to after-office drinks every day, or a regular weekend get-away trip. If you are in a start-up phase, you will have to breathe, eat and drink your business until it can stand on its own. Working hard will be easy if you have a vision, clear goals, and are passionate with what you do.
7. Constantly Look for Ways to Network. In business, you are judged by the company you keep - from your management team, board of directors, and strategic partners. Businesses always need assistance, more so small businesses. Maybe the lady you met in a trade association meeting can help you secure funding, or the gentleman at a conference can provide you with management advise. It is important to form alliances with people who can help you, and whom you can help in return. To succeed in business, you need to possess good networking skills and always be alert to opportunities to expand your contacts.
8. Willingness to Learn. You do not need to be a MBA degree holder or PhD graduate to succeed in your own business. In fact, there are a lot of entrepreneurs who did not even finish secondary education. Studies show that most self-made millionaires have average intelligence. Nonetheless, these people reached their full potentials achieved their financial and personal goals in business because they are willing to learn. To succeed, you must be willing to ask questions, remain curious, interested and open to new knowledge. This willingness to learn becomes more crucial given the rapid changes in technologies and ways of doing business.
9. Persevere and have faith. No one said that the road to success is easy. Despite your good intentions and hard work, sometimes you will fail. Some successful entrepreneurs suffered setbacks and resounding defeats, even bankruptcy, yet managed to quickly stand up to make it big in their fields. Your courage to persist in the face of adversity and ability to bounce back after a temporary disappointment will assure your success. You must learn to pick yourself up and start all over again. Your persistence is the measure of the belief in yourself. Remember, if you persevere, nothing can stop you.
10. Discipline yourself. Thomas Huxley once said, "Do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you like it or not." Self-discipline is the key to success. The strength of will to force yourself to pay the price of success - doing what others don't like to do, going the extra mile, fighting and winning the lonely battle with yourself.
